+ Commissions pieces are for personal use only unless discussed otherwise. Please do not sell for profit or redistribute.
- If interested in commercial use, please email [email protected] for a quote.
If applicable please select the commercial option add on the form. (This includes stream assets and will be a lower tier charge than other commercial uses).+ Commissions are done through paypal invoice (USD) or KoFi. Please let me know if you have other preferred methods.+ Commissions are digital products. No physical product will be shipped to commissioner.+ Commission art may not be used in any blockchain-related technology: NFTs, cryptocurrency, etc.+ Payments must be upfront unless the order exceeds 400$. Orders 400$+ Payment plans can be discussed.+ Refunds are not allowed after the commission piece has been completed
Refunds may be requested if:
- I have not started the commission or I cannot finish the piece within a given time frame.TOS password: duck123 (for forms)Rights of commissioned work belongs to the artist. I am allowed to use commissioned art for promotion on social media and portfolio unless discussed otherwise.
- Please let me know beforehand if you would like to post the commissioned work yourself.I reserve the right to decline any commission I am not comfortable or confident in drawing.Clients must agree to the terms of services before proceeding with the commission.
Failure to comply with the terms of services will be the client's responsiblity.
